Sublime EF Shoutcasts & Replaypacks

Yauz, what happened this morning, did you lose connection to the game? It was angloville, and you set up a Russian forward base on the high fuel next to the VP. if that's the case, then why did Relic award me with the win, you had the men to crush my volk mgs. And also, will you guys only accept game from the EF mod, and not from vCoH?

@ Tranny: We'll try to shit out new casts soon, but so far we only have 1 suitable EF replay to work with.  Donthateme PMed me the other day and said some of the games we casted were boring, so we're gonna have to try to search even harder for suitable EF ones, and that will take a shitload of time, and no one other than GL Dennis has submitted a replay to us for ages.  Also, I've noticed a decrease in viewers for every consecutive cast.  Its depressing, but I think the casts might even have to stop if Snugz isn't up for it.

@ Panzer4Life: It said you dropped, and I got the win screen as normal, etc, but when I came out to the lobby I got a loss.  No matter, its just basic match.  To answer your question about what matches we cast, we do cast both EF and vCoH matches, with either Commentary format, or Review Format.  We can usually get good games on vCoH to cast, with top tier players, so finding replays for the Western Front Casts shouldn't be too much of a problem.

With any Youtube series the view count will always drop. It bound to happen to anyone, dont be detered :P.

GL finding a good game ;). I would try to get you one but my EF isn't working lately :(.

Don't depress because of views number bullshit, it's still just the beginning. Your shoucasts are really good and unique, especially Yauz's commentary in 2v2 match.
Btw, GLD's voice like he had a cold in Yauz vs GLD shoucast. :P

Indeed. I am a great fan of your shoutcasts, even learned some stuff. The last one on the PIATS and PE was quite useful. Also, about the "inapropriate" language: as an experienced Russia specialist I can tell you that there is nothing Russians do more than swearing. A acquaintance of mine used to work as a translator of Russian messages during the Cold War but because they were swearing so much my friend (who had studied Slavonic Languages) had an interesting learning experience. So what I am trying to say here: swearing belongs on the Eastern Front.

The shoutcasts will be done soon; maybe around 1-2 days max.  The plan is to do one WF & EF cast each.

In the meantime, I posted a replaypack for you guys to enjoy (attachment on the front page).  Most of the EF team games were rapes, since Snugz and I didn't face much serious competition when we teamed together.  The EF 1v1s (except for the RMC bashing) should be decent though, and I also included vCoH games against other clans and one versus this level 20 basic match Resurrectedx guy I always find hosting 1v1 high resource games in the lobby.

With all due respect, you are a really good player but lets be honest, you and Snugz know each other really well and are using Mumble which makes things a hell of alot easier for team play. Most people just type or dont even talk.

Yauz didnt mean to insult anyone with that message, its simply just his way of saying that you shouldent expect any long and equal games in the pack.

So, you guys mind if I send in my vCoH matches for replays, mainly for understanding where I did good and where the hell I fucked up? I consider myself a good player, but often times find myself overwhelm.

We don't mind to do Review Shoutcasts for you, but let us establish a few good Commentary Shoutcasts for the WF first before we do it.

And just to clarify about the replaypack, because I know a lot of people can't read to save their lives, the EF team games are unequal, the EF 1v1 games are good, and the vCoH games should be decent too.

Just watch your newest shoutcast and I think I have somethings that hopefully useful...

1) There are still some silents in your shoutcast, I think you can actually fill it with your opinion about units in the game (mostly Soviet) pretty much like what you did with the Schwimwaggen (I am sure the spelling is wrong)...

2) Don't afraid to comment because it is other commentator part (unless you has a paper ready about what you will talk). Dual shoutcast advantage is the higher map awareness, thus the first to encounter event should comment regardless your viewpoint. It is kinda akward to hear you apologizing to each other and I believe it more natural that way. Also, when one commenting, the other one can prepare for what they will say when the comment over to ensure the comment keep going...

I guess that is all, I really like how you guys have improved overtime and I hope my suggestion can help you get even better... :)

By the way, the icon of Wehr HQ in Tactical map, where do you get that?

I had serious manpower and pop troubles in that 2nd game, which is why I took ages to get repairers and when I did, they were ingenery. Also why I couldn't get a firebase until the IS-3 died.

That flak 5% bugged twice I think, when the IS-3 shot it. Extremely lucky and annoying.

Hey, good work, and since you guys announced that you will begin shoutcasting the Western Front, I will give you guys a game to watch and possibly shoutcast. I won't say much, except it was me as a PE tank hunter doctrine versus a British Commando player. Anyway, keep up the shoutcast.  :)

Latest replay was fun to watch, but I must say, I hated how all the players spammed a certain unit. And if someone lost that many panthers in a course of a battle, I would want his head on a stick. Though how many were called in, could someone take a count?

Just working with whatever replays we could get a hold of.  Even now we're very short on the number of EF replays to cast.  Feel free to submit some if you got some good EF games.  We'll be more than happy to cast them.

But on the reals, I don't know what you guys are talking about.  The front page was updated less than half a week ago.  If you checked our channel you would have known that there were 2 new casts posted in the last two weeks.  We were also supposed to cast an EF game submitted to us, but Dennis got held up for 3 days straight.

He gets tired casting really easily, and in his words, watching replays is like sleeping powder, so I decided to team up with Dennis.  Also, because of my school and work schedule now, I'm practically unavailable when he's online now, except on Friday and the weekends, but Dennis is able to be online at night when I'm back from work.  As a result, Dennis is my new casting mate.  Snugz is still my Sublime bro ofc; we just play less because of RL shit.

Mostly because of the difference in ouer timezones ouer normal shoutcasting time would normally be like 00.00 - 03.00 in the morning for me, wich was abit late imo - im not a fucking vampire  ;D Most of the time when we were shoutcasting i was also suffering from tiredness and coulden't put my show together. Then Yauz exams and RL stuff came into the picture aswell and it was allmost impossible for us to get the time to do it together anymore. Lucky for us GodlikeDennis came to the rescue and helped out with co/casting.

Dennis is doing a great job as my stand in atm :) But if you miss me i might be able to sqeeeze some time in soon for a few shoutcasts!

1: thought the battle was dull and threw it into the 'for a later date' bin?,
2: haven't gotten to it,
3: or had much better 2v2 games?
I'm not complaining, just wondering. Also, why is there a hate for the Jagdtiger in EF?

I enjoyed the recent video, but i agree with the flak 88s comments on how they are so easily destroyed by royal Canadian arty doctrine. That is why i got PE Luftwaffe and use nashorns instead, at least they can reposition when needed.

Hey! Thx for the cast guys, it was one of my first few EF games and had no idea about that mobile 88 vehicle or Soviet tanks, I sucked a lot-MNUcompany did a lot to keep us in the game. In the heat of the game you can't realize the mistakes so thx again. Btw I played EF a lot since then and I can say I'm on fire :P ( ask Glimz or Wakwak hehe)
