LOL. I just realized I said "TOV". I meant "OF". Sorry, again.

I could just scream!

All conversions of Operation Market Garden are done for now, I tested every single map and except of some AI failures (sometimes slightly stupid) everything works fine. Keep your eyes open, I'll edit the first post when the upload is done. Thank you all for critics and improvement suggestions. Especially Cranialwizard who tested some of these maps.

Those H.Q. sectors look tiny...

They're actually big enough to build every building of each faction in, I tested it, don't worry. If there are complaints about it's size from players who experienced an issue ingame, I'll change it immedeately.
May be the size of the map, it's pretty big.

My problem was with the hedgerow and buildings that looked like they would be in the way, but now i remember that the Tactical Map probably isn't updated yet, so nevermind...

Ok fine then, It will take me some time to create some images for the release.. stay tuned :P

LoC - Carpiquet Airport (6p)
this is the one I would like converted. it would be very interesting to keep the heschels taking off and the defensive line in the middle.

I don't think the planes will be moving. ;)

Pariah is right. Even if there will be Henschels, they'll just be static. Otherwise you'd need Scar code which messes up MP maps so that you are unable to win the game.
Liberation of Caen (LoC) will be the next map pack. Give me just three weeks.

Yip, you're right. However, Relic isn't able to release their full scaled campaign maps in a that balanced way like me :p

Authie -one of my favourite maps, but in campaign it takes 20 mins to finish it. Finally, I can play all over again on it :) thanks Maxi!

You'll see that this conversion is very fun to play! Just wait for the Liberation of Caen mappack. ;)

Tried downloading the maps. Apparently, only "Trun" works. The other maps just take me to a "File Not Found" page of doom. So, I couldn't get "Miss Drop", "LaFiere", or "Hill 112".

Anyone have any idea where I could download these three maps?

Either you ask the author to re-upload the maps or you wait for my conversions ;)

Other projects have higher priority at the moment, but yes, I didn't give my SP map conversions up yet. You can exspect the next package around Christmas ;)

Finally, after countless searches online, I've found the Caen SP conversion map.

It plays very nicely, but there is one problem that I can't figure out:

From time to time, I like to save a skirmish game so that I can come back to play it later. With the Caen map, the skirmish saves properly. However, when I go to load it from the list, I see the game begin loading and then it goes back to the Main Menu screen a few moments later, before I'm able to begin playing the map.

Any thoughts?

Saved games and replays don't work on custom sga maps. Either you extract the sgb and the other files and place it in "C:\Users\%username%\Documents\My Games\Company of Heroes\WW2\Data\Scenarios\MP" or you list the sga file in your COH/EF module file, however then you can't play online anymore. So I'd recommend you to extact the files from the archive, if you wish to load a saved game.

I must be missing something here...

As you suggested, I copied the following files to this folder:

6p_caen.info
6p_caen.sgb
6p_caen.tga
6p_caen_id
6p_caen_map.tga
6p_caen_map_base.tga
6p_caen_map_slots.tga
6p_caen_mm.tga
6p_caen_tml.tga

"C:\Users\Eric\Documents\My Games\Company of Heroes\ww2\Data\Scenarios\MP"

Isn't this everything that I need for a saved game to load properly?

As I said before, I sometimes play against AI and like to save my games once in a while. I don't really understand why this particular map isn't allowing me to load the games that I've saved while playing with this map.

Any thoughts?

that should actually do it. Anyway, if it still doesn't work like you said I will take a closer look at it when I have the time for it.

Maxi, I think you've figured it out...

I placed the files in the MP folder as I explained above, but I still couldn't load my saved games.

Well, I looked in my EF folder for the .sga file and it wasn't there. So, I also placed the 6p_caen.sga file in the same location as the standard Eastern Front maps:

"C:\Users\Eric\Documents\My Games\Company of Heroes\ww2\scenarios

Now everything works perfectly and I'm able to load all of my saved games.

Thanks for the advice, Maxi. It solved a problem that I would never have figured out on my own.

Great that you were able to solve that problem on your own :D

Just for the records - didn't forget about this, there's just so much else to do and the priority of my SP map conversions is very low.
