Personally I'd recommend starting the Tournie over; and getting dates fixed and booked.

does 1.502 provides tons of balance changes?! that could change the results of our games that we played? i don't think so

It contains some balance hotfixes and some patch failure fixes.


PEOPLE. The tourney has NOT started yet, and WILL not start until the patch release of 1.502. DO NOT start playing for competition: It will not count! We are reseting the tourney picture and most likely it will occur next week due to hotfix delays. Part of our team is very sick and others are trying to catch up to some real-life things so once 1.502 is released this tourney will not start.

btw is it possible for other people to join the tournament or is the current player list still locked?

I sugest an announcement on GameReplays with definitive rules/dates and new sign-in period.

If you accept new joins, im in, with my friend, "Czo".

IMO we have 1 single set date. Everyone applies on that date. Less confusing since there are all these sporadic "Im in" and "I wanna join". We need a set period to accept people.

Have some faith and patience guys.  I notice some people are acting like 13 year-olds who pout after they can't get their candy on time.  If they want to go sit in the corner that's fine.  Everyone else will get to play soon enough.

Ok guys, still sick but I'm gonna settle some things here.

* Tourney is this week still, that has not changed. Round 1 due before Midnight GMT Friday 9th September. Patch 1.51 is required.

* Existing teams must post immediately to inform me you still wish to play at the new times.

* New teams may sign up as reserves, and I'll put you in to make up the 16 teams required if someone drops out. First in, best dressed.

* The new bracket will be drafted Midnight GMT Wednesday. That is 20hrs away from when I post this. Therefore, all teams must sign in ASAP for me to know if you're playing or not. Any changes to the bracket will then be put in as we go, and I'll try to make as few changes as possible to keep everything intact.

there are 4 reserve teams now, should we make arrangement between those teams? (If GSmirlis have a partner)
Actually if my friend SA doesnt have time, I'll need GSmirlis as a reserve partner then we have 3 reserve teams

I would reduce the maps avaiable for this tourney to:

Duclair
Etavaux
Lorraine
McGechaen's War
Pointe du Hoc
Rails and Metal
Wolfheze
Grodno
Kotelnikovo 4p

Combination of maps that are actually used for official 2vs2 tourneys on gr and some EF maps that are balanced

Why not the other maps?

Alsace moselle: crashes all the time
Linden: not used in tourneys
Kursk: not final
Stalingrad railroad station: not final
...

Any partener for me? If anyone wants to join and dont have any pantener please contact with me! :(

The tourney had not started yet. It does not count, as we had explained many times.

I have a question, what the reserve teams do in the tournament? ???

i would also add lemberg to the playable maps :D

but i also dont understand why so many teams dont want to play any longer :(

Nope Lemberg has wrong mg nest locations in the current patch

but in this case we shouldnt use Rails and Metal because you can spawn partisans and fallis behinde one base side
