[1.4] Game crashes/freezes - Post here

Hi I also crashed but this was Mid Game and it has happened 3 times in a row since I started playing the new Eastern Front Version.

I was just moving the mouse to scroll the map when the game window deleted and an error report came up. I wondered if it was the graphics as they're on ultra full but I did a performance test and the Game said my frame rate average was 50, low was 20, and high was 100 so the performance was 'great.'

This is getting really annoying, because I love this game. Do you have a solution? Thanks alot.

You can try not playing on ultra settings.

well I put it back to automatic settings and it still crashed, but I think I made the outlines of a white blank screen before it went to desktop. ARGH the new AI is just so good and every time I'm in the middle of an amazing battle with them it just crashes. Any fix possibilities?

Guys can you show me the meaning of this crash report. It seems that i have this frequently.

That's the typical error report window for crashes. It doesn't contain any information about what's the reason for the crashes. You will need to upload your .log-files so a Coder can take a look at it and tell you what to do.

Could you tell me what is the directory to the .log files ?

C:\Users\%username%\Documents\My Games\Company of Heroes\LogFiles

You'll need to upload the scarlog/warning files that were created immedeately after your game crashed. I can't 'read' them however, you'll have to wait for Copernicus or Rizz.

First of all I can't read the files. I don't have experience with that. Furthermore, there is an attach file option when you post under "Additional Options...", you can easily upload the files there, no need to have my email ;)

We need the files described in the first post of this topic, the logs are a part of them ^^, but the most important one is the dmp file.

Ok here you are. Please help me.
