I have a question:
What's the meaning of "have ultra settings in any option."

he means your coh settings.
there where you can also change the resolution^^

if you have there your settings have ultra (direct x 10) active its normaly not good  :P

BUT I can't play 1.501 only.  I can play 1.0  and the original COH.  If I install ef MOD onemore time.  What should I download? 

In order to play EF, before installing the last version, you must make sure your Company of Horeoes game is updated to 2.602. No matter what CoH game you have, it needs to be up to date.

My friend said that might be the wrong with the translate if Chinese?

If I have to install the latest EF mod(full),I should delete the old one or I can cover them? 

If I understand you right, the Chinese translation might not be 100% accurate. There were also plans for adding either simplified Chinese or traditional (not sure which one is currently in). There should be one Chinese language set in EF at least.

There shouldn't be any problems installing the new full installer over the old files but it's usually a good idea to fully delete the old files just in case.
