Launcher problem

I don't know what happened, out of no where my launcher wont open. Every time I try to open it a message pops up saying that EF Launcher has encountered a problem and need to close. I tried to fix it by uninstalling EF then re-installing it, but the same message pops up. Has anyone else had this problem?

Check if you have installed .NET Framework 3.5, otherwise install it.

Btw, what Operative System your pc use?

Don't forget to start it with an account with admin rights. Otherwise you can create a shorcut to avoid using the launcher:

I installed framework 3.5, but there was no change. So I made the short cut and it works! Thank you for all your help.
