Mobilizing outpost possible ?

Since the American and the Wehmarch can upgrade civilian's houses into outpost and the Brits and PE can mobilizing their HQ truck and half- track for producing units and seizing territory. How about we combine those thing and make 1 thing Mobilizing outpost ? The Soviet are now have both the outpost which can be buildable to reinforce and Zis-5 Med truck to heal so we can give the Ostheer an opel blitz which can set up to seizing point and produce reinforcement and give the troop ability to retreat there.
