Crash

Whenever I start the game (whether through EF or Vanilla launcher) my game immediately crashes. I tried running in compatibility modes with default resolution, and nothing helps. The problem started happening after i installed my new GTX 570 and cranked up the graphics. Please help.

Well, I managed to narrow down the cause of the crashes to my EVGA Precision software. For some reason, it causes the game to crash. Here's the warning log.
