Gamefreezing

Hi

First of all, I want to thank all the dev's and other supporters of EF, great work really. No my Problem whenever I try to play a game on the new 1.4 Patch it freezes after about 20-30 seconds in the map. Funnily enough it always freezes when I click on Ingenery. I play with CoH: Gold Edition v2.602. I always see people saying that EF 1.31 don't work with v2.602, well at least for me that AIN'T true. My Games with v1.31 on CoH 2.602 we're fine but now with 1.4 it ISN'T working. I would appreciate any good advice.  :)

Uninstall EF, make sure Eastern_Front folder, factionfix.dll and luaconsts.dll do not exist.

Then reinstall EF 1.40.

Sorry for such late reply, I was away for a couple of time ...
I reinstalled four times, still the same problem. What I'm wondering about is why it works fine with v1.31 but not with 1.4 though i got Version 2.602.  ??? ???
But I don't want to play 1.31 anymore of course.  ;D
I want to play the IS-3.

I don't know you could using it but my specs are:

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 4000+ ~2,4 Ghz. (Singlecore)
RAM: 2x 512Mb A-Data Vitesta Extreme Edition DDR1 @233Mhz
GPU: AMD/ATI PowerColor HD Radeon 3850 AGP (512Mb, @600Mhz)

I even made sure that the registry is clean from any Eastern Front stuff before reinstall. But nothing seems to work even google cant help. :D:(

The log says you have CoH 2.601 and Eastern Front 1.40 only works with 2.602. You were always playing EF 1.31 using CoH 2.601, that's why they ran fine.

Than the patcher fucked that up :O

He isn't able to recognize that there is a new patch. I even loaded manually a the TORRENT data for 2.602 but he doesn't seem to know what to do. :D

That could explain why a lot of users have this problem too, they use RelicDownloader and install 2.602 but in some cases screws their game :-\.

Try downloading the patch 2.602 manually and install it again :).

But I don't know how I don't find any Installer on the net. Only this stupid TORRENT's. And when I try to run the Autopatcher manual it says that I ain't got CoH. But I opened the game and then left it and then the patcher was open but he wasn't searching for patches. And the light was green saying the patcher works fine. :'(

But somehow CoH recognized the 2.601-2.602 because I only put the TORRENT into my Patch directory. And when I opened it up after running vCoH once and couldn't log in to Relic there was suddenly the FASTRESUME for it, too. But I didn't loaded it myself, so I think the patcher did anything when i was ingame but i can' figure out what he did. :P
