Russian resource bug

I don't now if this is already here, but anyway. I was playing skirmish in Cottbuss with russians. I made just few tanks and infantry (2 T-34, 2 Strelky and IS-2) and I found out that my resource income was almost zero. Munitions income was 2 and fuel 0 (it should have been about M=50-60 and F=30). I had half of the points in the map, but still got so low resource income. Is this some kind of a upkeep cost or is it a bug? Please answer!

It's stated in the changelog. I'll use this modified quote of paciat to ilustrate it.

If youll go tank heavy with Soviets its hard to get any upgrades. This ammo upkeep balances wehrmacht vet.
Try building outposts on ammo points.

But the Soviet upkeep isn't supposed to affect Fuel, is it? ???

I see lol... i didn't read about the Fuel = 0 xD... in either case that bug was already reported from this topic and devs will take care of it.

Do you have the replay of that match?

I don't have replay, but it has happened several times, usually when I play no pop cap skirmishes.
