US army skirmish bugs

Sorry if these have been posted before but I'm new  ;D

I play US army skirmishes against Expert Panzer Elite, and have noticed the following:

Munition points don't add up (i.e. map says I have 8 + 8 + 5 =21, and game says 13 or something). This happens after I have lost an outpost or recaptured the munition point.

Where is my calliope? (I get modified Sherman instead)

P.S.: Where can I find a Russian army guide so that I can start using the Russians?

If you want to use calliopes, you need to disable it's reward unit from that section.

About the problem with munitions... sounds weird but not the first report about it. I'll try to check it later.

BTW, today I noticed that it happens with fuel points as well. If I capture a munition/fuel point, then lose it to the enemy, and then recapture it again I don't get the designated resource points. Today, my fuel was at +0 (!?) at some point, I capture a +5 fuel point.... still +0 , I build an outpost on it and.....fuel goes to +1 (!!) istead of +8.

Here I zipped the last game it happenned at. Check towards the end where I capture the far right corner fuel point AND the munitions point infront of my barracks.

Started playing skirmishes using the Russians (in Easy mode).
And it happenned again. Lose a point with an outpost (munitions or fuel) to the enemy and the counting goes off.

Soviets have munition upkeep for any vehicle on the field so, if you had a lot of them expect to have less or no munitions.

I'm not talking about the actual munition or fuel amount. I'm talking about their rate of increase. That is the number next to the amount. Fuel always starts at +5 and increases as one captures fuel points. Munitions starts at +0 and increases as one captures munition points.
These get screwed up when playing EF skirmishes. Look at the recorded game I sent you.

No one is talking about the actual munition of fuel amount. You got less than +5 because Soviets have a munition upkeep for every vehicle, team weapon and tanks on the field. So, if you had a lot of those, you can expect almost no munition. Unless fuel has the same problem... it's a bug xD.

Btw, i already reported your problem some time ago(i already watched your replay), let's hope they find a solution soon :).

OK, but I wasn't playing the Russians in the game I sent. I was playing as US army.
Good to know fact about the Russian upkeep now that I started using them.
BTW, I've won 5 straight skirmishes as Russian against easy Germans (not Panzer Elite) and my skirmish Russian rank has not yet increased.
Is this normal?

Yes

I know you were playing as usa, soviets don't use Calliopes/jumbos :-X.
