Is it possible to change the languge of the germans to german

i just wanted to know if after i installed EF if it is possible to change the germans to speaking german, like the russians speak russian.  i know when i orginally installed COH i was able to have everyone speak german, but after OF it automatically went to english.

The Russians think there sooo tough, wait till the Ostheer comes...
