Serious auto update problems

Hi everyone

Im a swedishgirl that is addicted on COH and im dying to try this mod but i cant get it to work, trust me i have scanned this forum for solutions and tried everything, downloaded ).exe]http://www.files.easternfront.org/updates/EF_Setup([IP address redacted]).exe and started with "run as admin" command, and also tried to change EF_Launcher_Config as the thread http://easternfront.org/forums/index.php?topic=3988.0
and still it crashes in seconds as i click on update in the launcher.
I have Windows 7 home premium installed on my computer, can please someone help me with this??

latest version is 3.5

Can you use all the other features in the launcher, like play and change the settings?

So its only the check for update button that crashes the launcher?

Yes everything is ok, its the update button that doesnt work, when i click it starts..the update progress bar appears...and crash, its doesnt even gets to 1%, crashes at 0%

get a offline update
