Launcher Still Fails to Update

Last time I played this mod was a few months ago. The launcher's update didn't work, and eventually I got irritated and uninstalled it. I just downloaded the installer again, everything worked fine until I clicked the update button, which still doesn't work despite having the installer that installs all patches up to 1.10. I really enjoyed the mod and want to play it badly, so any help would be appreciated. I've checked the *Read First Before Posting* stickies and none of the information there has helped me. Here are the details of the error if that helps.

If your using Vista or windows 7, try running the launcher in admin mode.

I'm using XP.

Same goes for XP actually, but I think it's called something different there (but similar).

I'm trying Rizz, but when I click run as admin it says either wrong password or bad username or something like that. I'm scared. :P Where's the manual download, if there is one, for 1.11?

Go to your company of heroes folder in programme files

Program Files (x86)\THQ\Company of Heroes

open up your EF_Launcher_Config

paste in these setting and see if that does anything, back up your old one first

No, sorry. That doesn't do anything.  :-\

If you can manage to get it to run as a admin it should fix the problem. Im guessing there are more than one user account on the computer, the main one should have admin access

I am on the admin account already. Is there a manual download for the newest patch?

Yes I need a password, but when I put mine in it doesn't work. Idk what the problem is. Thanks for the manual download, but it says incorrect language file. XD How ironic, fixing an error and causing another. Truly lulz worthy. ;D
