No Range Error... cannot build Strelky and Garde

When i've builded the tent (Musterungszelt), i cant build Strelky and Garde even if i build the other needed buildings. It says that i need "$16010400 No Range" for the Strelky and "$18010401 No Range" for the Garde.

I'am playing COH Version 2.601.0 with german language and made all updates for EF. I didnt reinstall COH or EF and this error can only occur in EF.

Also i'am missing the "flee"-Button... but i dont know, if this is an error.

Thanks for the help... but its not just a translation error... I cant build Streklky and guards, so this really nice mod does not work for me.

Streklky and guards, will be unlocked by building the "Support barracks and Tank Hall"

I Think its the Soviet Tech System that confuses you ?

Since we are to report german language errors here:

- confirm "no range..."- error for Strelky (in the "what is needed to build em" line)
- "no range ..."-error also in third doctrine, right side first unit (a tank I guess?)
