PVP start problems ([IP address redacted])

I've been trying to start a 1v1 PVP with some people and every time we get past the loading screens it ends up just showing the map, no sector lines drawn, my entire start sector blacked out and the enemy HQ not standing in their sector. I'm including a replay file with what it looks like. Any idea to what this issue may be?

Also, are you sure everyone installed the latest patch correctly and not in the wrong directory?

Might controls everything, and without strength you cannot protect anything. Let alone yourself...
