How do I get to download the new patch 1.702?

When I update the version at mirrors say [IP address redacted] and direct download from the launcher updates me to [IP address redacted]
I played the latest 1.6 version when I realized that [IP address redacted]-[IP address redacted] has the IS-2 broken. Please help?

Just use the button on your Launcher - "Check for updates" :)

It downloads 1.701 ???
