katushya and zis3

Another Zis 3 bug occured when i got cut off, i couldnt retreat back to it at all.  But then connecting back the territroy, the retreat still wouldn't recharge back (it would stay at 90s cooldown).  Also, im not completley sure but i thought that the katushya had an animation when rocket barrage in earlier patches, but now it doesn't.

Katysuha never had any animation when firing AFAIK.

For the ZiS5, when you are cut off, your ability is turned off, so you need to enable it once more(aka manually).

Thats weird, when it got cut off, the ability didn't toggle off.

To clarify this situation somewhat, (I Hope  :P ). In v1.7.10 the zis5 doesn't unlock like it used to. The abilities cease to function but it doesn't unlock-down as it used to IIRC. You have to manually unlock it then drive to a zone in communications or re-lockdown once you have re-established a line of communications. Whether this is a bug or not I have no idea. It otherwise seems to work fine. I just consider it as one more thing I have to keep track of.
