1.710 patch dont repair 2 bugs

Hello.
I have raport 2 bugs which have dont repair 1.710 patch

Royal Marine Commandos:
- Cromwell Command Tank dont gain XP
- And Cromwell Command Tank cant fire smoke cover.

Oh, and it seems points taken by a player using the RMC, can't be secured by ANOTHER player. Say, an RMC player caps a fuel point and an American ally secures it with a listening post. When secured, it generates NO bonus resources.

I don't know if it's a bug or not, but it's still pretty annoying.
