Unable to locate CoH directory

Hello everyone.
First of all i know that there was a topic about this i did every singe thing there but still i can't fix this problem.When i press "play" button at the launcher it says Unable to locate CoH directory .I'm 100% sure my game is patched and i only own CoH not OF nor TOV.
When i press settings from the launcher and select a directory after i click ok it erases the directory i selected there.So i get the same error over and over.Please do not link the "read before posting list of issues fixes" becouse i've been there for 2 days.Tried regedit and everything.Btw i play the game from steam and have win7.Please help me thank you.

So EF is installed in CoH directory-> Steam\steamapps\common\company of heroes ?

blackbishop with all due and respect have you read my whole comment? :) and yes EF is downloaded in steam\common\company of heroes

Did you try the registry file "fix"  ?

yes i did

i don't know why but when i select the directory from the launcher settings the next time i press it, its gone

There is no other way to get this error and no other way to fix it without what it says there. But that is a question always should be asked, because sometimes things are omitted.

Do you have installed two different versions of the game? (Retail & Steam)
Do you have admin rights?
Does Eastern_Front.module exist on Company of Heroes directory?
Do you have a Program Files\THQ\Company of Heroes folder there with EF contents?
