v[IP address redacted] Pershing call in absent

Several of the guys i play online with have mentioned to me that when they unlock the pershing for off map call in the the actual button/icon to call one in is not available and so they cannot call in a pershing to use during game play.

Havent seen this mentioned yet and i havent tested it myself but i thought i would mention it. Also great work on the Danzig map

Thanks for the heads up, however it was already reported ;).

The fix will be delivered in the next hotfix.
