1.7 Voice Overs

I would like to thank the crew who put together the recent Patch. Good Job Guys!

I have one major disappointment with this Patch: Changing the voice overs to Midwestern English from Russian is NFG. A lot of the flavor of the mod is immediately lost. I think it a great shame.

Nothing was changed, otherwise a lot of topics would have been posted about it. Doubt no one else would have noticed it ;D.

The only change I noticed is that I get the American Officer telling me when I'm losing or winning in VPs and that's not a big deal IMO

It was easier for me to add the VP english speeches rather than russians :). But I thought that was available since the last patch, probably I was wrong and I'm confused due to the long delay for the patch.

But I understood it! :D I'll miss the Russian voices, but I can see why you changed it though.

It is not about if it was changed, there wasn't any voice at all to begin with, so I added the english ones because were the ones we already have. We don't have the russian voices for the VP announcements.
