[1.61] Russian AT Gun Weapon Crew dies like flies , almost as much as conscripts

I hope in not the only one that think that the ZiS Support Gun dies so fast compared to other weapon crews.  A Sdfkz 222 Panzer Elite Armored Car or a Puma can just kill 1 or 2 guys before they even attempt to fire in just a single volley, even when the crew started off at full health.  Plus they cost 290 MP so I expect them to be a bit on par with the American or Wehrmacht At crew health.

Yes it's an issue we noticed, too. The weapon crews and infantry also get sniped very well by Panthers. However, that's an issue regarding the Panther and axis guns in general.

Afaik there's not too much we can do about it, but we're trying to apply a fix if we find one.

Lower the kwk42's accuracy vs. heavy cover methinks? Should be a simple change and the kwk42 was already terrible against heavy cover anyways. That should at least keep it from sniping crewmen (assuming the the RU ZiS grants heavy cover?).

The scout car and PE AC are trickier since their niche is AI (in general speaking, not as a hardcounter--before the wiseacres come out of the woodwork). The PE AC might be workable since it's so bad against heavy/light cover, but the scout car would be tricky to touch at all since it's already fairly poor in terms of DPS output.

No vCoH changes, even ones that make sense like nerfing Panther vs infantry. The Panther sniping is a significant reason why Pantherspam is really popular vs Soviets (in addition to countering armour nicely).
