Soviet Sniper Aesthetics

So, as we all know, the Soviet Marksman starts out with a Scoped Mosin Nagant that gets upgraded to a scoped SVT 40. Also due to balance reasons, the Soviet Sniper fires quite slowly, at the speed of the American sniper to be precise. So I was suggesting that the SVT 40 and Mosin Nagant weapons be interchanged. That is the Sniper starts with a SVT 40 (scoped) and gets the Mosin Nagant after the Upgrade. I am not asking any stat change for the sniper. What does everyone think?

I agree. It makes no sense why the sniper should be firing faster with a Mosin compared to a semi auto rifle

Snipers will normally take time to aim. However I do know a WWII veteran, a left-handed sniper who could put 10 shots in a 4 inch radius in a target at 200 yards in 20 seconds. With a bolt action 03 Springfield.

Yeah but gameplay wise I think the unupgraded sniper fires faster
