Tiger random skin

hi

i use the Slay's RGO Tiger with the random skin but when i play EF , it's always the same Tiger skin :(
i don't know if it's a bug
is it possible to fix it and if it's possible how can i do this ?

IIRC, some skin pack doesn't work with EF.
