Final Round-Battle of Berlin

Good Morning Ladies and Gentlemen!

I am here to say that The Great Patriotic War version 1.0 is here to a close. But we're not done yet!

The Axis have given the allies terms for a conditional surrender. The Allies don't appreciate the undercutting and are launching a full out assault on Berlin and Vienna in return!

On Saturday, the 8th of September, the attacks will commence. There are no exceptions. Times will be selected by Tuesday night EST.

In all essence, the tourney has been really fun for me, and I hope you guys have enjoyed it too. Though the Allies will be awarded the Ostheer Beta, both teams will be receiving their shiny forum badge as their prize for YOUR utmost dedication to the games of these long, 15 weeks.

As a consolation prize, I would like to announce that along with the allies, any Axis player currently on Axis team will be receiving...

If you have more players to make more matches, why not more Berlin Matches? There are no territorial restrictions, so plan your individual battles in threads like always, only a time will be set by the officials for TGPW. Find out whom you're facing and fight to the very last man!

Never played a 4v4 before, like to jump into a Berlin match, just give me the times of the match.  ;D

IMO we should add a 2v2 to this list. A map of each variety.

95th British Armored Division still needs to flex its muscles for the last time. Im in for Berlin, or any other fights available! Aslong as its on the weekend!

Seen as quite a number of players want to play Berlin, which is understandable, I vote that different players play each of the 5 rounds so everyone in the tourny who wants a game can get one. That would mean all 20 allies would end up playing at some stage of the fight and some of the Axis' most fanatical commanders will be able to fight multiple times.

a bunch of us yesterday played a 4v4 on the EF and I have to say the game was becoming EXTREMELY buggy and annoying with trying to have the last 2 people join the game. So FYI for those who want in in the 4v4 to be patient to see if the game is cooperative. if you can't stand waiting and re-logging until by chance everyone gets in the game I'd say go into at most a 3v3 game. And that is if everyone who wants in the game is on at the same time too :)

Yeah we did a 4v4 (for shit and giggles) on Berlin and we spent more time getting people into the game than actually playing the game. And then there was this guy would was pissed off cause we had to "remove" him >:(
