[13] Riggsman attacks #3

This axis commander will be attacking sector #3, the Bocage Territory. I expect doodles up asap so the allies have an easy time scheduling a date and time with us so everything goes smoothly and is easier for everyone to deal with.

I think your the Commander the axis team needs, but not the one it deserves. So we'll welcome you. Because you can lead. Because your not a just Commander.
