Unable to Locate error...

Hello all,

I read lots of topics, i tried lots of things, maybe i missed some of them... As a result i couldn't find a permanent solution for : eastern front mod does not appear to be installed on your system try reinstalling eastern front mod to continue error...

I really need help...

First of all these are the thing which i did:
(Win 7 x64 SP1)
1)Installed D:\Program Files (x86)\THQ\Company of Heroes\Eastern_Front\ path as auto appear on setup, didn't work, i got the same error... (then uninstalled)
2)Installed D:\Program Files (x86)\THQ\Company of Heroes\ path also didn't work, i got the same error.
3 After every setup, i try to choose manual path via launcher settings, didn't work. Also the path which i selected disappears after reopening the launcher...
4)Checked every registry entry, everything is okay about original COH installation regedit and EF Uninstallation regedit... (Matching with your posted entries at forum)
5)I have other 3 mod which are Europe at War, Modern Combat(has launcher and auto updater like EF) and Battle of Bulge, they are working fine.

However, it works when i create shourcuts as you said as last chance as temporary solution.
So i will be very happy if someone has permanent fix for this issue...

Edit: I am using admin rights all the time...

Are you sure you have this registry entry? (with the correct EF version in DisplayVersion right?)

Edit: by the way, yesterday at skirmish i see colorful boxes at the top of the elite axis soliders...
