Hi, I'm new here and it's the first Mod in the world I'm interested in. ;D So I want to know, the Ostheer will be a completely new army with its own 3 doctrines like Soviet Union?

Yes, Ostheer will be a new German Army, with new units, new doctrines, new weapons, etc.
