I wonder how you can start attack sector #3 when your invasion on Omaha on sector #1 and #2 haven't complete????
Is there any rules for it? or this attack is fail?

Well, then the win of this attack only valid if the invasion in #1 or #2 success, otherwise, it will be a fail.
