Ideas For Eastern Front mod
Howdy guys, i just wanted to drop by and give you boys some suggestions. First off I think its great you guys are making a Ruskie mod for CoH. Now,To sustain some balance in game, ithink most Russian and Axis units should have same functions. Heres my line up of vechiles i belive should be include in your guy's mod: Ba 64 vs. Axis motercycle, or perhaps a Type 82 Kubelwagon, for anti tank, a Zis-3 field Artilley Piece_ for Axis Perhaps a 75mm field gun, to keep it even. For Recon, i like your idea for a T70 light tank perhaps mabye a Panzer 3 for the Axis. For an APC i'd like to see A Gas-AA or Gaz-AAA with DP-28 Light machine guns, one in the front, one in the back, for an upgrade, you could mount a Dshk 12.7mm on a tripod in the back for anti air and infantry, or a Katusha Rocket artillery :D. As for tanks I'd work off this T34/76 vs. Pz. 4, Upgrade T34/76 to T34/85 vs. Pz. 5 Panther(could just make it a upgrade for the tank at the factory), an Su-100, an Su-122, or if u want to push it an Su-152 vs the Stuh 42, or perhaps a Tiger I . And Definatly a Is-2 Vs. a Tiger I and Tiger II. Anther cool thing u might add, well something id like to see is a Machine guns on top of the commander haches on ruskie tanks, just like the ones on Axis tanks in regular CoH, Perhaps a Dp-28 for the T34's and Dshk's o the Is-2 an Su variants :). And as for new tech trees i belive u guys should have IL-2's and Stukas for air power. And perhaps a off map gustav gun strike, like in Kmod, and for the russians, a mass artillery barrages. i have more ideas but i hope you might consinder some of these, and again i think its great u guys are doing this ;D
