Lend and Lease Act

Hey are getting the Sovjets some Shermans of the Lend and Lease Act?

And are getting the germans some caputered T-34?

I think germnas not reay need captured T-34. We know they use this but they have a msses of theyr own tanks.

Lend-Lease as a doctrine would be kinda cool. AT Teams with Bazookas, Call-in Shermans, etc.

I am not sure if the soviets ever got ahold of zooks but that part of the mod is done anyway they are not gonna change it...

I have always been strongly opposed to any Lend-Lease ideas. I always wanted our Soviet faction to feel distinctly Soviet - and part of that was by not simply copy-pasting things from the American faction.

Lend lease stuff are cool as long as they're not the stuff already used by other factions.

Eg. The British built Valentine tank was used by the soviets in large numbers(over 2000 of them) and was very popular with its crews. It was also quite effective.

M3A1 scout car was also used in large numbers.

Also there is no point of using Lend lease stuff when you have the soviet equivalents. Not balance or game terms
anyways. Eg why have churchill when you can put it a KV1?

I figured the idea would be that since they were given to you, and not made, you could call them in from off-map if you couldn't spare the resources to make your own.

I would rather the KV1, it could damage a panther -_-

actually the 76mm F32 on the KV1 was even worse aganist armor then the 6 pdr on the churchill, so no, it probably couldnt.

in real life maybe from the side or rear but from front, lol no.

Churchills/Cromwells 75mm OQF was also even worse aganist armor then 6lbs.
There were prototype T-34 tanks with Zis-2 guns (57mm) for better armor penetration.

KV1 had the same gun as T34/76 and couldn't take on the heavies...same with the Churchill.
you can get a KV85 with AP rounds and then maybe...but once again...what's the point when you can get the T34/85

Similar with the T34/57...(its not a prototype btw about 250 where built and used)...why have it when you have the T34/85 upgrade which does the dame thing but even better plus the SUs which are tank hunters

I was stating the sad fact that the Churchill shells bounce of the Panther's ass and doesn't do any damage at all...

Dont want a T-34/57. Just saing that 57mm was better at killing tanks than the early 75mm and 3inch guns.

Yeah the T34/57 was in men of war and was better then both the F32 and F34.

but KV1 had the same gun as early T34, F32, and idk if it was ever upgraded to F34 in KV1.
