More basebuildings

Will it be possible to play ostheer and then create two of the same buildings and activate the different "modes". So i will be able to create all units of one tier?

no, the pool upgrades are global for a player.

Personally I think if someone spends the resources to make 2 of the same building, they should be allowed to set one for Type A and one for Type B.

But this would influence the balance of the Ostheer.
The pools have different ways of gameplay and different kinds of weapons.

Switching pools is cheaper than to build additional building, because you pay only once for the pool.

I thought you had to pay each time you switched?

V3 wasn't a rocket it was a giant gun complex on the beach of Normandy which should have been used to destroy London but it was discovered before and destroyed by british bombers. Afaik it wasn't developed in bunkers on the eastern front.
