Crash when i start the campain "tiger ace" with mod EF

hi guys!! i have one problem for campain when i play with EF Mod. i start the Tiger Ace campain for unlock the tiger 205 for play on multiplayer with him. i completed the first mission but when i load the second mission the game go in crash on desktop and ask me "crash report" for Relic. how i can solve this problem?i complited the campain without mod and unlock the tiger 205. but need completed the campain with mode for have tiger 205 on EF. sorry for my bad english and thk for support :)

my sistem:
OS: windows vista x64
Video: nvidia 9800 GT
RAM: 6Gb DDr2
Processor: intel core 2 duo 2.67 Ghz

Probably this happens due to the "save game" bug, if you already completed it, you can just copy the folder DLC1 from "Documents\My Games\Company of Heroes\Savegames\reliccoh\campaigns" to "Documents\My Games\Company of Heroes\Savegames\EasternFront\campaigns"(or how it is called the folder).
