Crash with CoH: Eastern Front on Big and Very Big map

I all! i have crash when i play with mod eastern front on big or very big map. i try all, but for not crash i need play with graphic options in "low detail". please, FIX THIS PROBLEM because not is possible play in lower detail when i have one good pc and play in full HD mode. but whitout success. i'm sure that the problem is how the game handles the RAM. please, check and solve this problem. sorry for my bad english, i wait answer  :) thk

OS: Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit
RAM: 4Gb 800MHz (Dual Channel)
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 2.67 GHz
Video: nVidia 9800GT

Not is one SUPER PC. But without mod i can play on CoH with ultra details without problem.

My CoH have patch 2.602 forget this....

We cannot fix how the game handles the memory, that's up to Relic ^^.

EF requires more resources than ToV, and atm your 32 bits OS is probably causing you the crashes. Have you already tried to increase your PC's virtual memory?

i try, but i don't know how correct valor need write in min and max size (Mb)
try too use gamebost!
ok, require more resource but...i play to other game that want hight resource and  not have problem...and for EF have crash? ......... mmmh

Keep in mind that all ultra settings can sometimes cause problems. Try turning them down the high. :)

What is the current size and how much free GB has your PC?

free size in Hard Disk?

Yes

19,3 GB for now, but can have more (C:\)

And what's the current size of the paging file? (aka Virtual Memory)

min: 16 Mb
recommended: 4989 Mb
current allocated: 3626 Mb

free space on had disk C:\ is 31104 Mb

Uncheck the box at the top(if checked) and select from the available options "Custom size:". Add the following:

min: 1024 MB
max: 4096 MB

Meaning that it will start with 1GB of size and if necessary will "grow" to 4GB. You can add more to max if you like, but if you need more than 6GB(6144 MB) I would recommend to switch to the 64 bit version of your OS(hope you can :(), otherwise you could have lower performance than intended in general.

ok done, thk :) but not have one OS to 64bit for now :(

I hope this fix your problem a little bit. Remember that the problem will persist, so avoid to play in cluttered and huge maps(similar to Lyon).

I solved the problem with OS 64bit :) now i use all 4Gb RAM and the game don't crash :D thk for support
