No, I understand it's not for everybody. The current Maxis is a bastardisation of itself, locked in an EA cupboard farting out Sims 3 expansions. But looking at the 'screens' though (probably just concepts), I see nothing there that should be a cause for concern really... apart from the trees... they look like crap. :P

Awesome stuff. It's great fun building up a city while chilling to some music. Definitely a game for the lazy days.

I played a little simcity 4 back in the day it was pretty funny building up an epic city  ;D Hopefully this new Sim City game will be like SC4, because the newer ones sucked hard.

I still migrate to SC4 from time to time. The modding community never dies there. You can download plenty of cool things off the forums. I'm a big time bawla as some people say. I roll in about 8 billion a month for planting a tree ^-^

Transitional-Progressive Era cities always fascinated me (1900-1930s) and I try to model my cities in that look.

Absolutely. Hopefully Maxis and EA get their heads out their asses and start making games for those who have waited almost a decade for a proper fucking sequel to SC4 ;D
