Sniper skins

Hi gus and girls.I would like to make a simple suggestion.Could u pls modify the soviet sniper's as well as the sniper ace's skins?I think it would be prettier and more historicaly accuraty to make their skins like the sniper ace's icon (u know with this long coat covering his head and body).It would be very appreciated.Moreover i would like to congratulate u for the new SVT sound its awsome  ;D well done guys.

That will require a new model to be merged to the Ace and that won't happen anytime soon :(. We still have a lot of models to do for Ostheer.

Whats this all about? He just wants a new skin and he asked nicely enough :P. I personally think the sniper kinda looks like a strelky with a sniper. Not that diffrent :P.

And you don't find all the Americans look similar?

THe US sniper skin is green. The rifles and engineers have brown skin. Different :P

Yup, much different, I wish the sniper upgrade gave the sharpshooter a ghillie suit.

Yes ur right i understand ,but later on after u release the ostheer it would be a nice idea to add a sniper guillie suit wouldnt it ?

i second the trench coat option. +if we go for the gillie suit, It-ll totally look like we are following modern combat.

We should make the SU look like the ones from the movies :P. Not necessarily a ghille suit though

Let's see what our 3D artists can do when the Soviet models start to be reworked ;).

It might be a coat but it worked like a guillie suit to camouflage form enemies.When i mentioned guillie suits i ment exactly this.And this hollywood film was based on real historical events and was made after a lot of research so there is no possibility this uniform to be a holluwood made one becasue the soviet snipers actually used these suits to hide.Its already proven.And this thread is about new sniper skins not guiliie suits.So stop mentioning guillie suits because ur simply out of topic ok?

Well, Enemy at the Gates is not one of the most realistic movies. A lot of movies are based on historical events and that doesn't meant they follow the history(Saving Private Ryan anyone? :P). Also, I have already said that soviet models are not going to be improved until Ostheer models are finished.

Due to this and that your suggestion is clear enough, as there is nothing more to add to this topic I'll lock it. I'm sure our 3D artists will deal with it when it's time comes.
