[1.6] Zis-2 and other faction's AT measures

So basically my question here is about ZiS-2 ( upgraded and not) stats comparing to Pak38 and 57mm AT Gun. I'd be glad if those would be as precise as possible :)
Also what's Zis-2 veterancy bonuses?

GUN  / RANGE  / DAMAGE /  ACCURACY ( short/medium/long)

PAK38    / 60 / 115 / 1/0.9/0.65
M1 57mm/ 60 / 150 / 1/0.9/0.65
ZiS-2      / 57 / 125 / 1/0.9/0.65
Up.ZiS-2  / 57 / 145 / 1/0.9/0.65

I was wondering why soviet Zis-2 is so insanely effective against AC. And now I know - 145 dmg  :o

We can still tone down the dmg vs armoured cars and PE halftracks if needed :).

Well its damage is similar to the 57mm :P. Maybe it appears high cause the AC and HT have a different type of armor that changes the ZiS dmg ???.

I never noticed its dmg against AC. Never seems to hit it for me :(

It always hits my AC though.
Read the 1st post, my volks are making a beeline for the upgunned ZiS.

I don't know. It was bishop's suggestion. But truth is that Zis-2 is insanely effective against AC... even more than 57mm. I have no idea why, but 2-shooting AC isn't suprising to me.

The US 57mm also 2 shots ACs.

BTW do ZiS-2s have more penetration than M1 57mm? I think they should (if they don't already) because historically they did, they cost more, and they do less damage.

It may have been my armor upgrade for them, but I saw my ZiS penetrate the front of a panther consistently which I have not seen the M1 57mm do without AP rounds so I was just wondering...

I think the Gunery Verterans help the performance of the ZiS gun.

And I think the gun is more expensive because you can get it much faster than other factions can get AT guns. Just like the Wehr AT gun is more expensive than the US AT gun. Same for the Wehr and US mortars.

On the other hand the ZiS has shit penetration against the Sherman's front armor

Lets say that I have a thing for US vs SU.

i would be pumped to play a US vs SU match with you if you want tankbuster. i personally think it sounds fun.

I can only play online when I get good marks in my  Exams, which are in 2013  :'(

But at least the PaK can cloak...

The Pak also has to face off against a lot more off-maps and arty than allied weaponry. The Pak deals less damage too.

The ZiS is fine. It's actually extremely powerful when upgraded and dug-in.

What bonuses do the ZiS get when dig in? Do you remember the statistical values ???

more accurate is one i think. i just love getting the upgrade and have one cover the flank of another, the panther exploding due to soviet AT is good for the soul.
