Yes you can install both but you can't run both at the same time. You can run one or the other with no problems using the separate .exe files.
If you get into an argument with me, you're wrong.

But yes you can download both but you must play them seperately

The simple answer is: Yes... ofc you need to install them correctly!
However you won't be able to play the soviets in Blitzkrieg... Both mods have different aims and will never be merged together.
