Zombies vs Kursk Defense?

How hard would it be for zombies to try to break through Kursk? not only are there about 2 million men, but there are 5,00 tanks, 25,000 types of guns, artillery, and about 2,800 aircraft. This came to my mind after to have been looking up stuff on the Battle of Kursk.

Pretty hard for the zombies IMO. How many zombies are we talking about here? How much munitions and supplies do the SU have? What weapons do they get? Have many civies to soldiers in Kursk ???

We're talking like about a million. I don't think there will be civilians.  It's just a big fortress. The Defense has as many resources as the USSR can give them, although they won't use all of it.
The weapons they get is what they have.

The thing about zombies is when the Russians lose one the zombies gain one. Imagine the ultimate med bunker. Also, are these George Romero zombies or 28 days later zombies?

It will be clearer that: number of zombies equals the number of Germans soldiers in Kursk, it will be cool if they're the zombies from L4D or Cod WaW, bolt action rifles vs fast zombies, forget the automatic guns, artys and tanks :D

I still think the Russians would win. Tanks will utterly pwn zombies. And the Russians had aircraft

Russians would win. They have been building defences for like 4-6 weeks!

Russians, Pilots would have a helluva time strafing zombie hordes as they charge into minefields.

You kill them off early and don't panic then perhaps the Motherland would have a chance. Otherwise if you don't keep calm you're done.

Are the Soviets even good marksmen in general? If they cant kill the zombies off fast then they'll have a big problem :P. But then again they have a swarm of T-34 tanks. So my money is still on them

that's true. the tanks could just drive them around, running them over. the artillery can just fire and fire, killing them. also, i think the zombies would be very lucky to have anywhere near what the Germans had to try to break the defense.

I dont think SU has a GOW ablity in RL :P. More like simple arty cannons  :P

IRL arty would be much worse than god of war. There is no time limit and you could continue firing all day long untill the ammo is depleted! Bombing for days WW1 style YEAH <3

in that case, 90% probability that the red army infantry and tanks will go without firing a round or bullet if them zombies are pwned by artillery and mined.

I think its official. SU wins by arty alone  :P

Im starting to think the only reason zombie would ever win is b/c the humans have no guns (notice zombie movies occur in small, unarmed towns)

And the Germans have MG42. Tear them to pieces!
