NIS editor is the tool used to make cinematics in CoH.

I was gutted that he didn't include the "Parker get out" quote and the epic Sgt Horvath Helmet/Pistol fight

Can you use the NIS editor to make in game actions, for example, climb the tank, open the hatch, and throw in a frag to clear out the tank and have it immobilize the tank or something similar?

Not for this mod as much as for some other mods.

Had my first match yesterday vs Spike, I got terribly owned because it's a totally new faction. But hell yeah, you can't imagine more fun in COH  :D

Well, with MrScruff's friend awesomely giving us his models, we're progressing without actually doing work. I love that ;D

No, but we are doing work. Some internal discussion is going on and we're aiming to speed up progress by using some community models. The end of my Uni sememster fast approaching so I'll be back working on the mod in mid January, finishing off what community models cannot provide for us. ;)

ehmm... the elefant is a doctrinal call-in on Ostheer ;).

Not sure. Elefant wasn't present in other theatres other than the Eastern Front.

I was half way through modifying Williams Elefant model a few months ago.

NHC has it I think

MoW model by chance? ;) I think that's the one we have as a place holder in the Ostheer at the moment.

Sure it was, there were some Elefants in the Italy campaign.. ;)

Seriously, I didn't know that. I knew some were used at the very end of the war, during the Battle of Berlin and in Poland, didn't realise they'd sent them to Italy too.

In Summer 1943, 90 Ferdinands were sent to Russia to support Operation Zitadelle, after it failed, the remaining vehicles were sent back to Germany and equipped with an MG, also some other minor changes were done to them. Then, the vehicles, now called Elefants, were brought to many different destinations. ;)

only remaining Elefant today was knocked out in italy by a M10. The tankhunter disabled the tracks and the tankhunter couldn´t turn his gun, so it was GG after a few minutes.

NHC uses Tiger's animated model from MoW, the same version we have as backup ;D.

We have a new one, started it a few months ago. With the addition of the MoW model though I decided to move onto more important models that we can't get a hold of.

Funny, I remember when were planning to give EiR access to the Soviets, way back in the beginning. Tell you what, I'd play an EF persistency mod, that shit would be baller. ;D

Two super-factions... the Soviets, the Ostheer... going head to head in a meat grinder of epic proportions!

Well I'm pretty sure Fortress Europe will do that Burro. They said they will probably get the Soviets in and give an Ostheer with them.

By "super-factions" Burro of course means well balanced and designed factions that fit into the original game perfectly.
