naval troops

i've notest that the naval troops use their guns as if it was a bolt action.

Why is this an issue?

they are holding semi-auto rifles
and they are bolting them

Its more of a visual problem than how they actually perform :P. Im sure the EF team will fix it :D. But its certainly not a priority ::)
