Officers of the NKVD

I suggest the red army add the officers of the NKVD, which can move like themselves, and together with bands (as the officers of the British army)

Nope, that captain/lt. feature will remain only for CW. Also, we are never going to add them as 1 man squad like wehr or brit officers, it doesn't fit soviets.
