Can't build T-34

I downloaded EF about 3 hours ago, I'm using it for steam and I noticed I could buy an upgrade for producing them.... but then I couldn't.

Also, my command squads abilities all say 60-90 seconds until they can be used again, I haven't used them once.

Should I just reinstall or is there something else I can do?

You currently have the KV series of tanks selected in your reward unit tab. Switch off the KV-1 and KV-85 for the T34 serie.

As for the timer, that's there for balance reasons. The artillery strike was over used upon achieving vet one and theoretically you could rain he'll upon the ending in less than 3 minutes.
