The Red Army NEEDS an MG squad.

There's no ifs ands or buts about it. The Red Army really needs an MG squad, defending points is a nightmare without one. Being forced to build an MG nest every time I want a point defended is a chore, not just because it costs manpower and fuel, but because my Ingenery have to trek it all the way up to the point.

Every other faction has an MG squad, why doesn't the Red Army? It's just crippling.

PE don't. Instead they have the Infantry HT. Soviets lacking surpression is just the way they are. There are already threads and suggestions about this. You could always capture an MG with your numerous Strelky :P

I didn't know that. I started playing about a week or so ago. I'm not whining either, I feel I presented myself in a way that was clear and concise.

You're just being disrespectful because you are assuming I already knew that the devs won't place an MG squad in the game. If this is to be locked, so be it.

It's unfortunate that they won't add an MG squad though.

You are.
Soviets have Outposts and a Medic truck. Their defense is similar to to PE forward HQ+defensive operations defense.

Build a T-90, you can get it relatively quickly and it shreds infantry.

MG squad + SU = :P

Soviets doesn't need a MG squad. We had always thought including the maxim, but as it doesn't have animations, is not in EF.
