He is exactly right, also NHC mod is fun with the combiner.

@TheDzierzanPL's point would be a the main reason. Making a project together would mean add soviets on BK AFAIK. Neither we or BK Devs have so much time nor the will to do such giant task.
You will need a lot of russian stuff for BK because our current set of units won't be enough, also a lot of coding on abilities, target tables and so on... let alone that they have enough headaches dealing with the four factions' balance to just add one bigger pain; and so we do with the soviets ;D. We still need to balance the Soviets properly and then the Ostheer, there's no space for an alternate project.
