nah, for Wehrmacht I'd add some kind of technological superiority doctrine. But no Maus' or V2. Just stuff like Infra-red, ME262 attack, more MP44s for squads, more advanced tank sights ( better accuracy). Maybe leFH18 too. With rocket shells. Just for fun.
US: this would be hard, cos existing doctrines pretty well fill all ascpects of land combat: we have tanks, infantry, elite infantry and air support. And arty. So 4th US doctrine should be about naval support - but that's stupid when comes to fighting inland. I'd suggest Ranger Company. Elite infantry ( different to this from Infantry Company), posibility to drop them in gliders, camoed infiltration units with explosives. Also add support of passive abilities, like radio recon ( reveals enemy units on minimap for few seconds). And the great ending: 155mm Long Tom barrage.
Brits: I always thought that brits should have RAF support doctrine. With Typhoons, even some medium bombers.
PE: Schwere Panzerabteilungen - Heavy tanks support. Tigers, Panthers, PzIV, REAL TANKS, not this paper-armoured scout cars.
SU: I have no idea.
