I knwo it was mentioned here but ask devs :
will has ostheer german speech ??
you change it with russians so it cant be hard do it for ostheer

Will it be like the Russians where they speak American units lines in Russian? Is Ostheer like that or do they have their own unique diaologue ???

We have to use Relics sounds so there wont be any new dialogues or battle chats or unit voices.

is it possible to use some of the rarly/never used voices?

i refering to the voice video killar posted some time ago
there were so much voices i never heared ingame

in this case it would be a kind of "new" sounds

Why not? Good idea, i heard some voice sounds in youtube (CoH) that i've never heard in game.
