Why M4 Sherman defeat against Stug IV  ???

because sherman armor like toys and i think USA doesn't have any good tank

Cause Stug role is to counter any US early vechicles (while being weak vs infantry). Sherman is a do it all tank, not a tank destroyer.

Stug is actually counted as a tank destroyer in some games :P.

stug are just about useless they easily destroyed by circle straff or anti tank guns when unsupported  :-[ and they have very limited gun pentration and damage

Sherman tanks are very good against inftry and decent in spamed waves against tanks there armor is very strong and takes minumin damage for shreks and at guns

Stug armor is pretty resilient vs Sherman but not vice versa. Thats why you should buy the 76mm upgrade if you want to easily beat them. Otherwise just flank them or use AT gun

Stug armor is like Churchills. Its resistant too bazookas (front). 2 of them can outfight any western tank (exept Pershing). With vet2 they can effectively stand up to Ranger blobs.

But I wouldnt advice Stugs vs SU. Early AT guns, SU-85, fast and cheap T-34, heavy armored KV, IS-2 - all can beat Stugs easielly.
