RMC secured resourcing

Through playing as the RMC for a while, it has come to my attention that although the command trucks do not secure points as they normally would, non RMC, they are still able to provided you activate the secured resource ability which is limited to just one truck.

I propose that you either alow this ability to be used by all trucks or none.

Allowing the secureing would be better for newer people who are not as fluid with their gameplay.

Disabling the ability for the RMC would stick with the current aim of the RMC in having a much more mobile force.

If Im correct, once you buy the secured reasources upgrade, all truck get it ??? Some one plz confirm that.

Oppsie my mistake XD. IMO all trucks should get secured reasources. Why you may ask? B/C the brits or RMC have no way to get any more reasources then what they capture while US and Wher have OP, PE have scout car

No, Fishhunterx is right, AFAIK all RMC trucks get that bonus once researched. But let me check the files :P.

Confirmed, all trucks get the bonus.
